About the Conference

Shaping the Future of Work

The Mizani Investors’ Conference 2026 is an international platform bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, industry leaders, academia, policymakers and development partners from Africa and beyond to shape the future of work. It is organised by Mizani Innovation Hub — Skills, Innovation & Leadership.

This year’s theme is Shaping the Future of Work: Connecting Talent, Enterprise, Innovation and Capital: empowering people with future-ready skills, building and growing sustainable businesses, driving solutions that create impact and opportunity, and mobilizing investment for inclusive and lasting growth.

Alongside the conference, the Mizani Champions recognise the people doing that work — in youth and talent, enterprise, industry and markets, technology and innovation, education, research and mentorship, and policy, inclusion and community. The public votes for their favourite nominee in each category from Oct 30–Nov 24, 2026, and the Champions are celebrated at the conference on Nov 24, 2026 at Kenyatta University Conference Centre, Nairobi, Kenya.

Nominees are put forward across the Mizani Champions categories, and each nomination is reviewed by the Mizani team before it goes up for voting.

Public Voting

The public votes for their favourite nominee in each category from Oct 30–Nov 24, 2026. Pay by M-Pesa or card in a few taps.

The Conference

The conference opens Nov 24, 2026 at 9:00 AM EAT at Kenyatta University Conference Centre, Nairobi, Kenya, where the Mizani Champions are celebrated.
