The Mizani Champions recognise the people shaping the future of work, in five categories: Youth and Talent; Enterprise, Industry and Markets; Technology and Innovation; Education, Research and Mentorship; and Policy, Inclusion and Community. The public votes for a favourite nominee in each category.

Nominations close on 29 October 2026, before public voting opens. Go to the Nominate page, choose a category and fill in the nominee’s details.
Voting

Visit the Nominees page, find the nominee you want to support and click “Vote”. Choose a vote bundle, pay by M-Pesa or card, and your votes are added as soon as the payment goes through. You can vote as many times as you like, for one nominee or several.

Public voting runs 30 October 2026–24 November 2026. The Mizani Champions are celebrated at the conference.

Votes are bought in bundles — the bundles and their prices are shown when you click “Vote” on a nominee. Payment is by M-Pesa or card, processed securely by Paystack.
Tickets

Go to the Tickets page, choose your ticket, fill in your details and pay by M-Pesa or card. Your ticket is emailed to you as soon as the payment goes through.

At checkout, type the code in the promo code box and press Apply — the discount is shown before you pay.
